All good suggestions, thank you.

[ hm. ]

I ask because I find myself in a unique situation of both being frustrated, at being stagnant, and thankful, for being stagnant. Being trapped here has been both a blessing and a curse, depending on the day. Qrow's recent arrival caused a conflict of emotion, and I find myself absent the usual people I ask for advice, whenever I find myself in this state of mind.

[ glynda is not here, nor is james. qrow has (finally) graced us with his presence, but recent conversations with oscar and with others have caused a heavy weight on his mind that he imagines only pyrrha would be able to understand, if ozpin wants to properly describe how he feels. but he's not so sure he wants that burden on her shoulders, yet. ]

Perhaps I will send Qrow into a few trees.

[ he'll likely be fine. :') ]

I'm not entirely certain he's perfected it. Something to test, I think.

[ there's a slight pause before the next message. ]

How are you doing, as of late, Pyrrha?

You are not alone, I'm afraid.

[ whether he's speaking about himself, or someone else, he won't say. but it's likely a bit of both.

there's a pause before another message is sent. ]

Are you busy, later this afternoon?

Would you like to kill two birds with one stone and assist me in preparing for a task?

[ ozpin literally pays his rent by being a monster hunter because he's unemployable lbr. ]

I have frustration to sort through, and you seek additional training. It seems an open afternoon would be a good opportunity to do so.

[ for someone who is about 2,000 years old he really is good at one (1) thing ok ]

I've found the largest enemy in feeling stagnant and frustrated with progress is a lack of direction. I am no exception, though I believe my feeling of stagnation is harder to cure than most.

For you, it is a little different.

Consider how you'd like to improve, and why, and how I can assist in that. It doesn't necessarily have to be combat related; as we all know, I am a fan of telling stories, and if that would assuage your fears and concerns, I am more than happy to do that, as well.
